BOISE, Idaho (March 6, 2022) – Dropping 39 points in the regular season finale to knock off Montana and move his team up the seed line, Sacramento State’s Bryce Fowler has been named ROAR Organic Big Sky Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week the league office announced Sunday.
Fowler played 39 minutes and scored a point in every single one of those, hitting 14 field goals in the process. He also dished out five assists, grabbed two rebounds and secured a steal.
For the entire week, he averaged 27 points per game, four assists per game, 2.5 rebounds per game and .5 steals per game while shooting 53 percent from the field.
This marks his second career Player of the Week title after earning one back in early January. Fowler, a senior from Avondale, Arizona, was an All-Big Sky honorable mention last season.
