FARMINGTON, Utah (Feb. 27, 2024) – Following a dominant effort over rival Weber State, Idaho State center Brayden Parker has been named Big Sky Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Parker is a redshirt senior from Preston, Idaho. He is the first Bengal this season to earn the Big Sky’s weekly award.
In a solo contest against the Wildcats, Parker secured a double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds, to go along with three blocks in an 80-62 victory in Pocatello. He also shot 61 percent from the field to help the Bengals secure their first season sweep of Weber State since the 2003-04 season.
