FARMINGTON, Utah (Nov. 1, 2023) – The final weekly golf award of the 2023-24 fall campaign has been awarded, as Idaho’s Johannes Hounsgaard has been named Men’s Golfer of the Week following a strong performance at the Monterrey Collegiate Classic.
The Munich native shot a 10-under 206 to lead the Vandals at the event, along with securing a top-10 finish as he tied for seventh.
He shot a 72 in the opening round but bounced back strong with a 4-under 68 in the second round and capped things off with a 6-under 66 in the third and final.
