FARMINGTON, Utah (Oct. 19, 2023) – After carding one of the best rounds in Sacramento State history, Hornet Luke Dugger has been named Big Sky Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week.
His 54-hole total of 203 is the second-lowest score in school history behind only Casey Leebrick, who totaled 202 at last year’s Big Sky Championship. Dugger’s 13-under par is the best score relative to par in school history.
The graduate student from Davis, Calif. Started strong and didn’t look back, carding back-to-back 66's to open play, and rounding out with a 71.
Dugger transferred to Sacramento State from Holy Names University.
