GRESHAM, Ore. (May 15, 2026) – Three days of competition are in the books at the 2026 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Mt. Hood Community College, with one day of action still to come.
Northern Arizona holds the team lead on the women’s side, as the Lumberjacks scored 51 points on Friday in Oregon. Idaho (46) and Montana (40) sit in second and third respectively.
NAU’s day was highlighted by a championship record in the women’s 10K, as Addie Engel ran a 33:26.05 to secure a gold medal.
In the field, Montana’s Erin Wilde continued to build her resume by claiming her fourth-consecutive outdoor high jump title. In total, across indoor and outdoor, she has seven Big Sky high jump titles.
Weber State holds the lead on the men’s side, dropping 66.5 points over the first three days of competition. Montana State (49) and Northern Arizona (36) round out the top three heading into Saturday.
On the track, Montana State’s Rob McManus continued the tradition of #SteepleU, as he claimed his third-consecutive Big Sky title in the men’s 3,000-meter steeplechase.
The fourth and final day of competition will continue at 10 a.m. PT tomorrow, with a day full of finals.
