FARMINGTON, Utah (Jan. 16, 2024) – Weber State takes the Women's Basketball weekly honors after completion of the second week of league play.
Player of the Week: Jadyn Matthews (Weber State)
Weber State's Jadyn Matthews has been named Player of the Week after posting 47 points in a pair of conference wins.
Matthews rallied the Wildcats averaging 23.5 points per game, shooting 55% from the field. The senior also logged 16 rebounds, 10 assists and three steals. Matthews recorded a career-high 30 points in the Wildcats' win over Sacramento State on Thursday night.
The Wildcat capped off a big week making 11 of 14 free throws.
