2026 Spring All-Academic Team (PDF)
FARMINGTON, Utah (July 15, 2026) – The Big Sky Conference office has released its 2026 Spring All-Academic Team, honoring nearly 700 student-athletes for their successes both in the classroom and in their respective sports.

“Congratulations to the nearly 700 student-athletes that make up our Spring All-Academic Team,” Big Sky Commissioner Tom Wistrcill said. “In the year 2026 there are so many distractions to navigate, and this group has done that to an exceptional level, along with setting a very strong standard for their peers.”
In total, 698 student-athletes were honored for their efforts. Women’s outdoor track & field led the way, with 244 total honorees.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have met and/or exceeded the following minimum requirements: 1) Participated in at least half of the team’s competitions; 2) Achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at the conclusion of the most recently completed term; 3) Completed at least one academic term at his/her current Big Sky institution.
For Outdoor Track & Field student-athletes, they must have participated in at least half of the team’s competitions or competed at the Conference Championship.
Softball pitchers can be considered for the award if they competed in at least 30 percent of their institution’s games.
