Northern Arizona Increases Lead Through 36 Holes at Women’s Golf Championship

LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. (Apr. 21, 2026) – Two rounds are complete with one to play at the 2026 Big Sky Conference Women’s Golf Championship, with Northern Arizona increasing their lead after 36 holes.
 
This year’s championship is being held on the Blue Course at The Wigwam.
 
The Lumberjacks sit a 3-under as a team following two full rounds of competition, shooting 2-under in the first and 1-under in the second to secure a 5-shot lead going into the final 18 holes of play.
 
Northern Colorado sits in second place through two rounds, carding 2-over as a unit across the 36 holes.
 
While the Lumberjacks and Bears are within five shots of each other, there’s quite a drop to the third team in the field as Montana State will enter play on Wednesday 15-over as a team.
 
NAU, UNC and MSU will play in the final wave of tee times on Wednesday, which are scheduled to begin at 8:40 a.m. PT. This will be the third-consecutive round that the three teams have played in the same wave.
 
Northern Arizona’s Nina Lukyanenko holds the individual lead through two rounds, sitting at 4-under. She has a 2-stroke lead on the rest of the field, as Northern Colorado’s Jaci Hartman is 2-under for the Bears.
 
Play will resume at The Wigwam on Wednesday morning at 6:30 a.m. PT.
