Eugene, Ore. (June 26, 2021) -- With a mark of 77.72m in the women's hammer throw, Northern Arizona University alum Brooke Andersen has qualified to represent the United States of America in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Andersen is the Big Sky Conference record holder in the hammer throw, and was the Most Outstanding Performer at two seperate Big Sky Conference Championship meets. She was also a five-time recepient of the league's Athlete of the Week award.
USA Track & Field Team Trials are currently taking place at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., the same site of the 2021 NCAA Track & Field National Championships.
