2025-26 Winter All-Academic Team (PDF)
FARMINGTON, Utah (Apr. 24, 2026) – The Big Sky Conference office has released its 2025-26 Winter All-Academic Team on Friday, honoring over well over 500 student-athletes for their successes both in the classroom and in their respective sport.

“Congratulations to the 545 student-athletes that make up our Winter All-Academic Team for the 2025-26 season,” Commissioner Tom Wistrcill said. “This group of individuals is setting a fantastic example for both their teammates and classmates and truly stand for what the Big Sky Conference is all about as we continue putting an emphasis on every career concluding with a diploma in hand.”
In total, 545 student-athletes were honored across men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s indoor track & field and women’s indoor track & field rosters from all 10 full-time member institutions. From that group, 79 athletes are currently carrying a 4.0 GPA.
Women’s indoor track & field had the most athletes honored, with 218 receiving the nod.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have met and/or exceeded the following minimum requirements: 1) Participated in at least half of the team’s competitions; 2) Achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at the conclusion of the most recently completed term; 3) Completed at least one academic term at his/her current Big Sky institution.
For indoor track and field, student-athletes may participate in at least half of the team’s competitions or the conference championship.
