FARMINGTON, Utah (Dec. 3, 2024) – The Big Sky Conference announced weekly honors for men's and women's basketball as the season heads in the final month of 2024.
Big Sky Women's Player of the Week (Dec. 3, 2024)
Player of the Week: Sophie Glancey, Northern Arizona (F, Jr., Boise, Idaho)
For the fourth-straight week, a Northern Arizona women's basketball player has been named the Big Sky Women's Basketball Player of the Week, with
Sophie Glancey claiming honors for the second time this season. Glancey was named the St. Pete Showcase MVP after hitting the game-winning shot in overtime over James Madison and averaging a double-double of 19.0 points and 11.0 rebounds per game. Glancey has now won the weekly conference award five times in her career.

Player of the Week: Joe Pridgen, Montana (G, R-Sr., Winchendon, Mass.)
After being named Stew Morrill Classic Most Valuable Player, Montana’s
Joe Pridgen has been selected as Big Sky Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week. Pridgen had a 20-point, 13-rebound double-double in an 83-75 win over CSUN. It's the first time in over two years that a Montana player has had at least 20/13, and only the 10th time under DeCuire. Pridgen is a transfer from Northeastern, where he spent two seasons. He currently ranks 11
th in the league in scoring average and third for rebounding average.
