FARMINGTON, Utah (Nov. 21, 2023) – The 2023 Big Sky Conference Volleyball All-Conference Teams have been announced by the league office, highlighting the best and brightest stars across the league.
The All-Conference Teams are voted on by the league’s head coaches. Coaches are not allowed to vote for their own players in the process.
Sacramento State led the charge on the All-Conference First Team with three members, followed by Montana State, Northern Colorado and Weber State with two each. Portland State rounded out the first team with the last remaining spot.
In total, the Hornets had five players listed across both teams. Sacramento State secured the Big Sky’s regular-season title this past year with a 13-3 league record.
Kira Thomsen (Montana State), Syd Cole (Northern Colorado), Dani Richins (Weber State), Tiyanane Kamba-Griffin (Sacramento State) and Sophia Meyers (Portland State) were all unanimous first-team selections.
