SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. WSU scored a 286 as a team in the final round, bringing their three-round total to a 24-over 864 which put them a single stroke ahead of Northern Colorado (865). The two battled all the way to the final green, where the eventual individual champion was able to secure the tournament victory with a par.

UNC finished a single stroke ahead of Sacramento State, who in turn finished just three strokes ahead of Binghamton.

Securing the top spot on the leaderboard, Weber State’s Reese Fisher was the Big Sky’s individual champion after shooting a 4-under 206 (72, 64, 70).

Moving four spots up the leaderboard on Wednesday, Binghamton’s Justin Lane tied for the runner-up position with Idaho’s Jose Suryadinata at 2-over.

D.J. Griffiths (Binghamton), Anfield Srichun (Southern Utah), Blake Danni (Northern Colorado) and Riley Bell (Sacramento State) rounded out the top-five and All-Tournament Team.

This is Weber State’s 18th Big Sky Men’s Golf title, and Fisher is the first Wildcat to claim the individual title since 2002.
