SAC’s Bell Earns Second-Consecutive Men’s Golfer of the Week Award

His scoring average of 72.20 in 15 rounds during the season is the best among Sacramento State golfers

FARMINGTON, Utah (November 3, 2022) – For the second week in a row, Sacramento State’s Riley Bell has been named Big Sky Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week the league office announced today.
 
Bell capped the fall season by leading Sacramento State at the Saint Mary’s Invitational which took place at the historic Poppy Hills Golf Course.
 
Bell tied for 33rd in the tournament with a total of 220 (78, 71, 71). Bell finished the tournament with back-to-back even par rounds and has now shot par or better in five of his last six rounds.
 
His scoring average of 72.20 in 15 rounds during the season is the best among Sacramento State golfers.
