Jaynee Nadolski is a Senior Associate Commissioner for Compliance & Governance in the Big Sky Conference and is the league's liaison between the NCAA and conference institutions for all governance issues. She oversees the bulk of committees and councils in the Big Sky, and is the Conference administrator for women's basketball, volleyball, tennis and athletic trainers in the league. She also oversees special projects such as the 2016 and 2021 Strategic Plans, the Serious Misconduct Rule, and the Big Sky Student-Athlete Health and Wellness Symposium.
Nadolski started with the Big Sky as an intern in the sports information, and has worked in every department, including marketing, championships, compliance and management. In her time with the Big Sky, she has built strong relationships across the Conference and the NCAA.
A passionate community advocate, Nadolski volunteers her time and expertise at various nonprofit organizations, including Youth Impact, Northern Utah YMCA and CHAMPS. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Ogden (JLO) from 2012-2017 serving as President in 2016-17. In 2021, she was awarded the league's Martha Society Achievement Award, which is given to a member who uses her talents and resources – through advocacy, collaboration, or placement – to contribute significantly to the League and the Ogden Community.
In 2019, Nadolski was named the ATHENA® Leadership Award recipient for the Ogden-Weber Chamber - Women in Business (WIB). This award is given to women across the country who strive toward the highest levels of professional accomplishment and excel in their chosen field, devote time and energy to their community in a meaningful way and also open doors so that others may follow in their path.
In 2023, Nadolski took on a new role as a part-time campaign manager when her husband decided to run for Ogden Mayor. In that role, she oversaw social media, messaging and volunteer coordinating... all of which ultimately led to a win on Election Night.
The former Jaynee Paskins, Nadolski graduated from Weber State in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations, and a minor in teaching/coaching. She married (Mayor) Benjamin Nadolski in the summer of 2003, and currently resides in Ogden, Utah.
Jaynee and Ben are the parents of two daughters, Hazel (15), and Millie (14), a dog, two cats and three chickens.
In her spare time, Jaynee enjoys writing, outfishing her husband, crocheting, the sound of silence over coffee in the morning and plotting the best way to add a peacock to the family zoo.
