Reno Beer Lover's Guide

When Big Sky basketball comes to the Biggest Little City on March 6-11, travellers on the Road to Reno can enjoy one of the West’s fastest growing brewery capitals. The Reno Tahoe region is home to 28 craft breweries with several more opening in 2016. And perhaps the best news for Big Sky basketball fans? Many award-winning craft beers can be sampled at tasting rooms within walking distance or a short cab ride of all the basketball action at the Reno Events Center.

Silver Peak is as popular for its ales and lagers as it is for its fine food and pub fare. There are two locations in Reno. The downtown location is in the heart of the Riverwalk District, while its MidTown sibling has one the area’s best outdoor dining patios. Open 7 days a week.
