FARMINGTON, Utah (Oct. 26, 2023) – The 2023 Big Sky Conference Women’s Soccer All-Conference Teams have been announced by the league office, highlighting the best and brightest stars across the league.
The All-Conference Teams are voted on by the league’s head coaches. Coaches are not allowed to vote for their own players in the process.
Montana led the charge on the All-Conference First Team with five members, followed by Idaho with three. The Vandals did boast the lone unanimous First Team member in defender Alyssa Peters, who was also named Co-Defensive MVP.
Northern Arizona’s Maddie Shafer and Montana’s Delaney Lou Schorr have earned back-to-back First Team All-Conference honors, after also claiming that title following the 2022 season.
In total, the Grizzlies had seven players listed across both teams. Montana secured the Big Sky’s regular season title with a 7-0-1 league record.
The league’s individual awards were announced earlier this morning.
