FARMINGTON, Utah (January 13, 2021) – The Big Sky Conference has announced the upcoming 2022 volleyball schedule as the conference transitions to 10 volleyball playing institutions with the departure of Southern Utah.
The 2022 schedule will be competed over the final nine weeks of the season, with each team slated to play 16 games. Every team will play each week and have two days off during the regular season.
The first date of competition will be Thursday, September 22, as all 10 teams will take the court. The regular season will wrap up Saturday, November 19.
The 2022 Big Sky Volleyball Championship will be held in Ogden, Utah, the following week, with the official dates to be determined later in the year. The Wildcats earned the right to host the 2022 championship by winning the most recent regular-season championship and being the number one seed of last season’s tournament.
