Montana earned a league-high five selections across the three All-America Teams, with that total ranking as the third-highest for any school in the FCS.
Of the Big Sky's seven All-American First Team selections, three of those were on the defensive side of the ball as Troy Andersen (Montana State), Patrick O'Connell (Montana) and Justin Ford (Montana) all snagged first-team honors. Eric Barriere (Eastern Washington) and Lewis Kidd (Montana State) represented the offensive side of the ball on the first team, while Brian Buschini (Montana) and Rashid Shaheed (Weber State) earned spots for special teams.
The honor for Shaheed makes him the first player in Weber State history to earn All-American honors four times in a career.
