2020 #BigSkySoccer Schedule Released
FARMINGTON, Utah (June 11, 2020) – The Big Sky Conference announced the league’s 2020 soccer schedule Thursday, approved by the Presidents’ Council during last week’s annual Spring Meeting.
The Big Sky regular season slate will consist of the usual single round-robin with each team playing nine contests beginning Oct. 2. The regular season champion will earn the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament as the Presidents’ Council also approved not holding a 2020 Big Sky Championship due to budget cuts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2019, Northern Colorado captured the Big Sky Championship as the No. 4 seed. The Bears took down both top seed Montana and No. 3 Eastern Washington for their second NCAA Tournament appearance.
The Big Sky sported two unbeaten teams in conference play last season as Montana went 6-0-3 to capture the regular season crown and Sacramento State posted a 5-0-4 mark.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, matches on the 2020 schedule are subject to change. Updates to the schedule can be found on
