Southern Utah’s Vincent Earns Big Sky Men’s Golfer of the Week Honor

FARMINGTON, Utah (February 26, 2020) – Southern Utah’s Jake Vincent has been named the Big Sky Conference Men’s Golf Player of the Week, announced today by the league office.

Vincent, a senior for the Thunderbirds, led the way for Southern Utah at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate in Vincent’s hometown of Palm Desert, Calif. Vincent finished the event as the top Thunderbird in the field, shooting a 1-under score of 215 (72, 69, 74) to put him in a tie for 21st overall.

It is the third weekly honor of the season for the reigning Big Sky Men’s Golf Individual Player of the Year and the seventh of his career.

Next up for Southern Utah is the Jackrabbit Invitational from Mar. 6-7 in Boulder City, Nev.
