SUU's Graves Named #BigSkyWBB Player of the Week
FARMINGTON, Utah (December 14, 2020) – Southern Utah's Liz Graves has been named the #BigSkyWBB Player of the Week for the first time this season.
Graves played in two games this week and averaged 21 points, nine rebounds, a steal, and 0.5 blocked shots. She was 16-of-27 from the field and 9-of-12 from the free-throw line.
Graves' best game of the week came against Grand Canyon, where she helped the Thunderbirds to an 84-83 victory. Against the Lopes, Graves had 24 points and 11 rebounds and shot 50 percent going 8-of-16.
This is the second time in her career that Graves has been named Big Sky Player of the Week.
