Eastern Washington’s Ardueser Picks Up Women’s Golfer of the Week Honor

FARMINGTON, Utah (September 18, 2019) – Eastern Washington’s Madalyn Ardueser has been named the Big Sky Conference Women’s Golf Player of the Week, announced today by the league office.
Ardueser, a senior for the Eagles, placed first at the Battle at Old Works in Anaconda, Mont. by shooting a 6-under 210 (71, 70, 69). Ardueser’s performance set a new Eastern Washington program record for a three-round total with 210, tied her for fourth all-time for the lowest one-round total in EWU history and tied her career record for lowest one-round total with a 69.
It is the first conference weekly honor of Ardueser’s career.
Next up for Eastern Washington is the Rose City Collegiate from Sept. 30-Oct. 1 in Aurora, Ore.
