FARMINGTON, Utah (November 27, 2019) -- 
 Big Sky women's basketball enters its third week.  Four teams sit at the top of the league standings with three wins on the season including the preseason favorite Montana State.
  • Idaho’s Gina Marxen earned Big Sky Player of the Week honors.  The freshman scored 30 points against Seattle last week.  She also recorded five rebounds, and three assists in the Vandals victory.
  • Northern Arizona leads the conference in scoring offense three weeks into the regular season.  The Lumberjacks are averaging 77.2 points per game this season
  • Portland State’s Tatiana Streun is averaging 8.6 rebounds per game this season, a conference best.
  • Northern Arizona’s Nina Radford leads the conference in scoring and is averaging 17.8 points per game.  The Lumberjacks are one of three schools to have two players in the top-10 for scoring in the conference.
  • Idaho’s Beyonce Bea is the leading freshman in the conference this season.  Bea is averaging 13.5 points per game which is ninth best in the conference and is second in rebounds with an average of 8.3.
