#BigSkyXC Highlighted in USTFCCCA Regional Rankings
NEW ORELANS, La. (October 21, 2019) – Cross country teams across the Big Sky have shined all season long and with the latest NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Regional Rankings that were released on Monday, there’s plenty to be excited for in the coming weeks. The conference has seven men’s teams and four women’s teams ranked in the mountain and west regions.

Men’s Complete Rankings List
With the conference championships inching closer, the Big Sky has seven teams ranked in the mountain and west region rankings. Northern Arizona continues to lead the way at the No. 1 spot in the mountain region for the 27
th consecutive week. The Southern Utah men jumped up to No. 4, while Weber State slid down to No. 8 in the rankings. Montana State remained the same, while Idaho State and Northern Colorado improved one spot each. The Idaho men remain in the No. 12 spot in the west region.

Women’s Complete Rankings List
Four Big Sky women’s teams are ranked in the top 15 in the mountain region. Northern Arizona leads the way at No. 3 moving up three spots since the last poll. Southern Utah and Weber State give the Big Sky three teams in the top 10, while Montana rounds out the five ranked teams on the women’s side.
The Big Sky Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships will be held next week on Nov. 2 in Greeley, Colo. at the Boomerang Golf Course.
