Seidensticker Earns Weekly Honor

          OGDEN, Utah (November 15, 2010) - Montana State’s Lyndi Seidensticker has been named the Big Sky Player of the Week for games played the week of November 11th through the 14th. This is the first weekly award for the senior forward from Spokane, Wash.
    Seidensticker averaged 19.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.0 three-point makes as Montana State opened its season with three games at the World Vision Invitational hosted by No. 2 Baylor. She had a career-high 26 points in the Bobcats’ 86-83 overtime loss to Rice, shooting 11-of-22 from the field and 4-of-10 from the three-point line.
    Against the nation’s No. 2 team Baylor she posted nine points in the first half, and then finished the World Vision Invitational with 23 points in the Bobcats’ 58-57 win over Florida International on Sunday. She made 5-of-8 from the three-point line in the win and finished the weekend 50 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range (12-of-24).
