Sutton, a freshman from Birmingham, England, played his best tournament as a collegiate golfer. He carded a 7-under-par 65 in the final round at the Palm Valley Golf Course in Goodyear, Ariz. The 65 tied the lowest round by a Big Sky golfer during the 2014-15 season. Sutton opened play with a 72 and followed with a 69 for a 10-under-par 206. He did not have a bogey in his final two rounds. 

Sutton helped Idaho to a fourth-place finish in the 15-team tournament, played March 19-21. Idaho finished with an 839, 10 shots behind winner Kansas, and just one back of Iowa State and Wichita State.
