OGDEN, Utah (March 19) - Montana’s Barbora Bakova has been selected as the Big Sky Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week after capturing medalist honors at the Sacramento State Invitational.
 
Bakova, a sophomore from Olomouc, Czech Republic, carded rounds of 75, 74 and 73 for a six-over-par 222. It was Bakova’s first collegiate victory. She won by two shots. The tournament was played March 16-17 at the Sierra View Country Club in Roseville, Calif.
 
Bakova helped Montana to a third-place finish. This is her second career Golfer of the Week honor.
