Weber State’s Luke Crapo has been selected as the Big Sky Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week after finishing in 11th place at the Jackrabbit Invitational
Crapo, a junior from Kaysville, Utah, finished with a career-low 54-hole total of 209, 7-under-par. He opened play on Monday with a 73, but followed a career-low 6-under-par 66 in the second round, and closed with a 2-under-70 in the final round.
Crapo helped Weber State to a fifth-place finish in the meet at the Primm Golf Club in Primm, Nev. The Wildcats carded rounds of 294, 280 and 289 for an 863.
This is Crapo’s first Big Sky Golfer of the Week honor.
