Hill, a 5-10, 180-pound junior from Stockton, Calif., returned a kick 90 yards for a touchdown to sew up the Big Sky Championship in Eastern Washington’s 56-34 win over Portland State. Portland State had just cut the Eagles’ lead to 42-34 when Hill went the distance for his first kick return touchdown of the season with 6:22 to play. The victory clinched the Eagles’ third straight league title, and the program’s third consecutive trip to the playoffs. Hill finished with 110 kick return yards. This is his second career Player of the Week honor.
