Tillman, a 5-10, 190-pound senior from Houston, Texas, set a school record with a 95-yard punt return for a touchdown in North Dakota’s 24-16 win over Portland State. Tillman’s fourth quarter return gave his team a 24-16 lead. The 95-yard punt return was 1 yard shy of the Big Sky record. Tillman finished with 106 punt return yards. He also had six tackles and a pass breakup from his cornerback position. Earlier this season, Tillman was named the Defensive Player of the Week.
