OGDEN, Utah (February 6, 2018) - Eastern Washington’s Delaney Hodgins was named the Ready Nutrition #BigSkyWBB Player of the Week for the second time this season after becoming Eastern Washington’s all-time leading scorer.
Hodgins, a senior from Pasco, Wash., averaged 27.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game, helping Eastern Washington to a 2-0 mark last week. The forward also recorded six blocks and eight steals over two games.
Against Sacramento State, Hodgins scored 28 points and became Eastern Washington’s all-time leading scorer. In fact, Hodgins passed her older sister Hayley to break the record.
versus Portland State, Hodgins tallied 27 points and went 2-of-4 from 3-point range.
Her current total of 1,906 career points ranks sixth all-time in Big Sky history. Hodgins also ranks seventh all-time in both career field goals made (707) and career blocks (184) in conference history.
