OGDEN, Utah (January 23, 2018) - Eastern Washington’s Delaney Hodgins was named the Ready Nutrition #BigSkyWBB Player of the Week after averaging 23.5 points and 10 rebounds in two Big Sky games to boost Eastern Washington to a 5-2 conference record.
Hodgins, a senior forward from Pasco, Wash., scored a career-high 30 points and pulled down eight rebounds against Northern Arizona on Thursday.
In Saturday’s matchup versus Southern Utah, Hodgins recorded her fourth double-double of the season on 17 points, 12 rebounds and 6 blocks.
Hodgins extended her double-digit scoring streak to 15 straight games and now has 95 double-figure scoring games in her career. Furthermore, she ranks second in the league in points (20.2), third in blocked shots (1.8) and fifth in both rebounds (8.2) and steals (2.2) per game.
