OGDEN, Utah (March 13, 2017) –
The University of North Dakota is going dancing for the first time as the 2016-17 Big Sky Champions open NCAA Tournament play on Thursday. The No. 15 seeded Fighting Hawks take on No. 2 seed Arizona at 7:50 p.m. Mountain time from Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah.
 
 The postseason will continue for three more Big Sky teams as Eastern Washington enters the College Basketball Invitational and Weber State and Idaho participate in the CollegeInsider Tournament.
 
Idaho and Weber State begin CIT play on Wednesday, March 15 with the Vandals hosting Stephen F. Austin and the Wildcats visiting Cal State Fullerton on Thursday.
 
EWU also opens CBI play on Wednesday with a road trip to Wyoming.
