Northern Colorado plays host to Northern Arizona at Noon Mountain, giving folks plenty of time to enjoy a key Big Sky game before turning over to the football action.
Blake Olson will handle the play-by-play duties with Mark Randall as the color analyst. Julie Browman will be the sideline announcer. The game will also air live on Comcast Sports Net Northwest.
Altitude is available on several cable outlets throughout Montana, Colorado, Utah and Idaho. Altitude is on DirecTV channel 681 and Dish Network channel 410.
Northern Colorado currently sits in second place in the league standings with a 7-3 record. Tad Boyle’s Bears are 18-5 overall and ranked 11th in this week’s CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25. The Bears are 8-1 at the Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion this season, including a 74-68 win over Montana State last Sunday on Altitude.
Northern Arizona brings a 5-5 conference record and an 11-10 overall record to Greeley. The Lumberjacks have on their last two conference road games, and have won five of their last seven games. Northern Arizona is 2-0 on Altitude this season, with victories over Portland State and Sacramento State.
Northern Colorado beat Northern Arizona 75-66 on Jan. 2 in Flagstaff behind a 21-point effort from guard Will Figures. Figures, a senior, ranks sixth in the league in scoring at 15.9 points per game.
The Bears will need to slow down Northern Arizona junior guard Cameron Jones, who has scored at least 20 points in his last four games. Jones ranks second in the Big Sky in scoring at 18.6 points per game
