Bamforth averaged 20.5 points, three assists, 2.5 steals and 1.5 rebounds per game as the Wildcats earned conference wins over Northern Colorado and North Dakota. Bamforth was 10-of-15 from 3-point range and 15-of-25 from the floor in the two games.
Bamforth scored a season-high 22 points, hitting 5-of-7 3-pointers with three steals and two assists in just 22 minutes in a 79-54 win over Northern Colorado on Thursday, Jan. 3. He scored 19 points, hitting 5-of-8 from 3-point range with four assists, two steals and two rebounds in 26 minutes of action in a 95-63 win over North Dakota on Saturday, Jan. 5.
Bamforth is the fourth different Weber State player to win the honor this season.
