The Big Sky Conference placed 17 players on the Sports Network All-America Football Championship Subdivision team, more than any over FCS conference in the nation. Four Big Sky players were tabbed to the first team, while seven were named to the second team, and six were selected to the third team. Another 11 players received honorable mention honors. The squad was selected by sportswriters and sports information directors from across the nation.
Nicole Scott and the Eagles hit the road in the second week of conference play to take on Idaho State and Weber State.

Eastern Washington and Portland State opened up conference play with two wins. The Eagles haven't started the season 2-0 in two years. Idaho State defeated Northern Colorado and Montana knocked off the Bobcats at home in the first weekend of conference play ... Eastern Washington will try to continue its streak at Weber State and Idaho State
